Five Star Arms offers a wide variety of hunting and camping supplies. We offer discount pricing on thousands of products ranging from muzzleloading rifles and pistols, crossbows, archery, decoys, scopes, optics, ammunition, firearm accessories, blinds, game calls, reloading accessories, knives, tents, targets, throwers, apparel, boots, waders, dog training gear, gun cases, taxidermy, processing, gun cleaning, scents, kayaks, canoes, rafts and many other products for hunting, shooting and camping. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us at sales@5stararms.com, and we will try to get it listed for you.

Return Policy

For a more prompt exchange or refund, please keep your packing slip and call to obtain a return authorization number.

All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

Any questions concerning an exchange, refund, or defective merchandise should be directed to our customer service department at sales@5stararms.com.

For a prompt exchange or refund, contact us for Return Authorization number.

Make sure to:

• return the item in original packaging within 10 days;
• include a copy of the original packing slip (invoice);
• note the Return Authorization number on the outside on the packaging (contact us for a Return Authorization number);
• ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS w/package tracking).

No COD's will be accepted. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise, unless the product is faulty by the manufacturer.

We are unable to process returns on firearms and ammunition due to liability and safety issues.

Five Star Arms does not or will not share any personal or email information with any third parties.

Sales Tax

State sales tax is applied to all products shipped to South Carolina. Customers not residing in South Carolina are responsible for any applicable sales or usage taxes for their state.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping though USPS and UPS. If you want a tracking number, please select UPS.

We do not ship any International Orders (including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs). This will include orders that have any connection to International shipments. This applies to both the shipping and billing addresses. There are no exceptions.

Back Orders

The quantity in stock is listed next to every product we sell. If you order an item that is not in stock it will be back ordered. Back ordered items can generally take 2-4 weeks to receive from the manufacturer.

Warranties

All warranties are provided by the products original manufacture. Please refer to the documentation that arrives with your product for warranties. You can find a complete list of all manufactures by following the links under "Shop by Manufacturer".

Typographical Errors

Please make sure that there are no typographical errors in your address or any other information provided. We are not responsible for lost products in which the wrong shipping address was provided. If for some reason an item on this site is listed at the wrong price, please feel free to let us know and we will correct it as soon as possible. Items purchased at incorrect pricing will be refunded immediately, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at incorrect pricing. Refunds will be made in a return to the credit card used to purchase the item.

Due to the nature of some items that are sold, you must verify your age for the purchase of firearms, handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition.

Note: We require you to be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition.

By agreeing to our terms & conditions you are making the following declaration:
Declaration of Buyer: "I acknowledge this dealer does not authorize that I may lawfully purchase, possess, carry or operate bows, crossbows, paint pistols, air pistols, air rifles, black powder items, or any other items which I may purchase, in accordance with my state and local laws. I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities."

We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you are of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) - (7).
